In this course, participants will build off their learnings and reflections of Culture Identity Mapping 1.0 to dive deeper into the overlaps of an individual’s identity as it relates to their work with students, staff and families.
· Culture Identify-Map 1.0 is a prerequisite for this course.
o Be prepared to discuss your reflections and any behavior adjustments from that session.
· Supplies
o Reflective Journals
o Individual 1.0 culture identity maps (we will have a limited supply of the template for reference)
o If possible, participants should bring demographic data of their school student/family population
§ Example: Race/Ethnicity, Language, F/RL, etc.
